MAKE A COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF TO LIVE HEALTHIER! 

I am pleased to offer women everywhere the chance to get in what could be the best shape of their lives.

Americans well know the misery of spending billions each year on diet products only to also see the obesity rates continue to climb.  It's frustrating to attempt one weight-loss program after the next only to find that you may weigh more than when you started.  

I am a believer in the idea that if you stop worrying about losing weight you're more likely to get in the shape you want to be in.   If you are not at the healthy weight  you desire to be - CHANGE IT PERMANENTLY. 

With the education I provide,  can help you do just that. I've made it available to most anyone since I've kept the cost down.  What I need in return is a promise that you'll apply yourself, and take a small action every day to promote good health in your life.  

The Details:  

 "Health 365" is a member-only website, that covers a wide variety of diet, exercise, skin care and stress management concerns.  It's a unique concept and once you join you'll be happy you did!  

It will include audio and video instructions for exercise, skin care,  food preparation.  There will be tutorials by me that teach you how to eat and what to do every day so that the idea of dieting will be a thing of the past!

I will have cost and more information about the launch date sometime in July 2010.

 You must be 18 years of age or older, or submit a signed parental consent form, to subscribe.
